Ghostbox Proprietary License

Ghostbox is proprietary software. This license grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use official Ghostbox releases for personal, internal, research, or evaluation purposes.

What you may do

download and install official Ghostbox release binaries;
use Ghostbox to create temporary development machines;
use Ghostbox for personal, internal, research, or evaluation work;
configure Ghostbox for use with your own GitHub account, repositories, secrets, agents, and machines.

What you may not do

copy, redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, sell, or commercialize Ghostbox;
provide Ghostbox as a hosted, managed, white-labeled, or competing service;
reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or attempt to derive the source code of Ghostbox, except where applicable law expressly forbids this restriction;
remove, obscure, or alter copyright, trademark, attribution, or proprietary notices;
use the name Ghostbox, DO-SAY-GO, Cycle of Ghosts, associated logos, badges, artwork, or branding in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or ownership;
use Ghostbox to violate the terms of GitHub, Cloudflare, Tor, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or any other third-party service.

Ownership

DO-SAY-GO retains all rights, title, and interest in Ghostbox, including its software, source code, binaries, documentation, website, names, logos, badges, artwork, and related intellectual property.

No rights are granted except those expressly stated in this license.

Preview and free period

Ghostbox may be offered for free during a preview, beta, evaluation, or early-access period. Free availability does not transfer ownership, waive rights, or grant permission to copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or commercialize Ghostbox.

DO-SAY-GO may change, limit, charge for, or discontinue Ghostbox at any time.

No warranty

Ghostbox is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, reliability, security, or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DO-SAY-GO will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost secrets, business interruption, service outages, third-party account actions, or unauthorized access arising from or related to Ghostbox.

Termination

This license terminates automatically if you violate it. Upon termination, you must stop using Ghostbox and delete any copies in your possession or control.
